Matthew will join violinist Xiang Gao and members of the Baltimore and Tucson Symphonies in a theatrical concert based on memoirs of Jewish refugees who fled to Shanghai from Nazi Germany. Matthew will be joining the chamber music faculty at Play Week Maryland, a summer program that has been running for over 30 years! This year's program will conveniently take place at Washington College, and Matthew will be coaching numerous ensembles and repertoire ranging from Beethoven to Faure.

In his 5th year as a piano faculty member at MPF, Matthew will also be directing the Collaborative Piano program, in addition to performing with world-class faculty from leading orchestras and conservatories.
