Matthew has accepted a position as an Artist Affiliate in Piano at Emory University for Fall 2020, where he will be teaching piano and accompanying and coaching singers and instrumentalists. His wife, Didem Uca, is an incoming Assistant Professor of German Studies at Emory. While he will miss his wonderful students and colleagues at Washington College and the University of Delaware, Matthew is looking forward to establishing himself in Atlanta as a pianist, teacher, and coach! He is excited to continue being a part of 6-wire, whose new album will be released this year!
