Matthew will be traveling to Reykjavík to co-present a paper with Didem Uca entitled “Little Women and Mansplaining: Mignon’s Ventriloquist Act”.

6-wire will kick off the Master Players Concert Series' new Midsummer Night Soirees series at the University of Delaware. The band will perform new compositions and feature the return of tabla virtuoso Sandeep Das, member of the Silk Road Ensemble.    

6-wire will present a program featuring new compositions and arrangements as part of UD's 2020-2021 Concert Series entitled Prisms of Sound.

In celebration of the composer's 250th birthday, Matthew will be the soloist for Beethoven's 2nd Piano Concerto with the Annapolis Chamber Orchestra, under the direction of J. Ernest Green.

Matthew will be performing with Emory singers in a workshop dedicated to art songs by women composers.

6-WIRE will perform at a fundraising event for CivilizASIAN Foundation, an organization that promotes Asian and Asian American culture.

Matthew will team up with percussionist Wei Wu and 6-WIRE in concert at the Bender JCC.

Matthew will collaborate with Emory professor Shelly Unger and guest artist Stephanie Patterson (Professor at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts) for Emory University's Bassoon Day.

6-WIRE will rejoin tenor Alexander Kariotis and his band for another exciting evening filled with a variety of styles from classical to rock.

Matthew will join the pit orchestra for this touring musical based on Jewish refugees who fled to Shanghai during the 1930's.
